Special educational needs in Finland

Synopsis: Since 2000 Finland has performed strongly in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), and has been cited as one of the most efficient countries in terms of student outcomes in relation to money invested in education. This paper provides a brief overview of the educational system in Finland and its approach to special educational needs (SEN).
