2. Invitation to Tender

The Chairperson advised members that a revised invitation to tender letter and terms of reference has been provided following advice taken from the Procurement Office.

Members considered and agreed the revised invitation to tender letter.  

3.  Terms of Reference

Members considered and agreed the revised terms of reference.

Agreed: The sub-committee agreed to make a recommendation to the full Committee that it should issue the tender pack as drafted to the people on the select tender list.

4. Date, time and place of the next meeting

The next meeting of the sub-committee will take place on Tuesday 28 February 2012 at 12.30 p.m. in Parliament Buildings.

The Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 1.34 p.m.
