Committee for Health, Social Services and Public Safety Meeting - 05 November 2014
The Committee for Health, Social Services and Public Safety met on Wednesday 5 November 2014 at 2.00pm in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings when Members were briefed by officials on the outcome of June and October 2014 Monitoring Rounds and the Departmental Spending Plans. Officials also briefed the Committee on a proposed Legislative Consent Motion in relation to the Westminster Private Members' Bill on the Regulation of Healthcare Professionals.
The Committee also considered proposed amendments to the Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland (Membership, Procedure, Functions and Committee) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and proposals for handling the Committee Stage of the Food Hygiene Rating Bill.
