This briefing paper is prepared for the Committee for Employment and Learning to consider key potential economic impacts of the Executive’s budget reductions for to Northern Ireland’s Higher Education Sector. It considers the impact at both individual and economy levels using available information and data relating to university public financing, student numbers and graduate supply.
