2. Oral Briefing from Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: Response to the Severe Weather

The following Departmental officials joined the meeting at 10:00 a.m.

Noel Lavery: Permanent Secretary;

Gerry Lavery: Senior Finance Director;

Bert Houston Chief Veterinary Officer; &

Philip Mehaffey: Director of Operations, Rivers Agency.

The officials briefed the Committee and this was followed by a question and answer session.
