All-Party Group on Ethnic Minority Community

A remote/virtual meeting of the All-Party Group on the Ethnic Minority Community has been arranged to take place on 8th October 2025 at 9:00 using the Zoom platform.

This meeting will focus on the issue of racist violence and intimidation in Northern Ireland and growing far-right agitation and its impact.

An invite will be emailed separately to each APG member (and, on request, to any other MLAs who wish to attend) providing instruction on how to join the remote/virtual meeting.

All-Party Group on Early Education and Childcare

A remote/virtual meeting of the All-Party Group on Early Education and Childcare has been arranged to take place on Wednesday 1st October at 12:30 - 1:30pm using the Microsoft Teams platform.

Dr Glenda Walsh, Head of Early Years Education and Doctoral Studies at Stranmillis University College, will present findings from the recent interim report on the 'Comparative analysis of early years workforce policy in the four UK nations.'

Jenny Adair, Childcare Partnership Manager, Department of Health will also be speaking on the 'Findings from the Northern Ireland Qualification Audit - Registered Group-Based Childcare.'

All Members are welcome to attend.
