Holocaust Exhibit

International Holocaust Memorial Day is on Sunday 27 January.

Mr Alex Maskey MLA recently had the opportunity to visit Auschwitz, which has been maintained as a museum to commemorate all who were exterminated in that camp; and also to serve as a warning against all future acts of genocide.

Following his recent visit, in the spirit of bearing witness, and in the hope of generating  more awareness of what happened, Mr Maskey has produced a small exhibition and an accompanying booklet which are on display at the East staircase and elevators on Level 1 in Parliament Buildings (close to the Long Gallery).

The exhibit will remain on display until Friday 25 January to coincide with International Holocaust Memorial Day on Sunday 27 January.
