Shortlisting was not used in this competition.  All those who passed the Essential Criteria sift were invited to interview.  20 people outside the Clerking and Reporting Directorate passed the Essential Criteria sift and were invited to interview.

Shortlisting was not used in this competition.  All those who passed the Essential Criteria sift were invited to interview.  All 39 staff who passed the Essential Criteria sift demonstrated at least one year’s experience of line managing or supervising staff to include the allocation, monitoring and evaluation of work. 

There were 25 successful applicants at interview, 9 were Clerical Officers.  Of the 9 successful AG8 candidates at interview, all demonstrated at least one years’ experience of line managing or supervising staff to include the allocation, monitoring and evaluation of work.
