Domestic Abuse and Family Proceedings Bill

The Domestic Abuse and Family Proceedings Bill was formally introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly on 31 March 2020.

The Bill passed its Second Stage on 28 April 2020 and has been referred to the Committee for Justice for Committee Stage.
