Independent Panel for Review of Decisions

At it's meeting of 28 January 2021 the Committee agreed to request oral and written evidence from a small number of stakeholders on the issue of the Independent Panel of Review of Decisions review.

The Committee considered the evidence and at it's meeting of 25 March agreed to write to the Minister Poots outlining the Committees position on the Review of Independent Panel on Review of Decisions, the Ministers response will also be published in due course.

The following invitation for oral/written evidence was issued to stakeholders and the responses received are listed below along with a Research and Information Service (RaISe) breifing paper commissioned by the Committee.
