Quiet Rooms

Behind reception is a quiet room which can be used on arrival or anytime during your visit. There are some items in the room to relieve stress and there is also a television in the room for watching assembly and committee proceedings in a quieter location. When organising an event in the Long Gallery for people with autism, Assembly event staff will also arrange a quiet space close to the Long Gallery on the First Floor.

There is also a first aid room on the second floor with a clean bed where you can rest if you become physically or mentally tired. There is a picture of the first aid room below.
