ASSEMBLY’S JUSTICE COMMITTEE TO HEAR FROM ENDA DOLAN FOUNDATION ON THE SENTENCING BILL

The Assembly’s Committee for Justice will continue to hear oral evidence on the Criminal Justice (Sentencing etc) Bill when it hears from Peter Dolan from The Enda Dolan Foundation at its meeting this week.

Peter’s son, Enda, was tragically killed by a drink driver in 2014 during his first term at Queen’s University. He was struck when a van mounted the footpath. The Enda Dolan Foundation was established to keep his memory alive and inspire others through his love for life.

At the meeting, Members will also receive an introductory briefing on the Victims and Witnesses of Crime Bill from Departmental officials.
