Portrait of Former Speaker, Lord Hay, to be unveiled in Parliament Building

The portrait of the former Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, William Hay, Lord Hay of Ballyore will be unveiled by the current Assembly Speaker, Edwin Poots MLA in Parliament Buildings on Tuesday 23 April 2024.

Painted in oil on canvas by local artist, Stephen Johnston, the portrait of Lord Hay, will be on public display in the Great Hall in Parliament Buildings.
