Committee to Hold Meetings on Planned Maintenance and on its Inquiry into Allegations Arising from BBCNI Spotlight Programme

On Thursday 18 September, the Assembly Committee for Social Development will hold two meetings.

At the first meeting the Committee will receive briefings on Planned Maintenance from the Minister Nelson McCausland MLA, Will Haire, Permanent Secretary, DSD, Mr Donald Hoodless, Chairman of the NIHE, Ms Mags Lightbody Interim Chief Executive of the NIHE and Andrew Hamilton, DSD.

At its second meeting the Committee will continue with its inquiry into allegations, arising from a BBCNI Spotlight programme, aired on 3 July 2013. Members will take evidence from Will Haire, Permanent Secretary, DSD and departmental officials from DSD.
