Committee to Visit Newry to See Town Centre Regeneration

The Assembly’s Committee for Social Development will hold its weekly meeting in Bagenal’s Castle, Newry on Thursday 20 March 2014.

Members will receive a briefing from departmental officials on proposals for a new strategy for the delivery of voluntary advice services to the community. 

The Committee will also receive a briefing on Volunteering Support in the Voluntary and Community Sector.   

Following the meeting, the Committee will visit the ‘Three Ways Community Centre and 3G Pitch’ which was partially funded by the Neighbourhood Renewal Project.
