Assembly Proves Actions Speak Louder Than Words

The Northern Ireland Assembly will become the first legislature in the United Kingdom when they are presented tomorrow (24 May 2011) with the prestigious Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID) – Action On Hearing Loss “Louder than Words” best practice charter mark.

The award will be accepted by the Speaker, William Hay on behalf of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
