Solutions to Fuel Poverty are Top Priority for Social Development Committee

The Assembly Committee for Social Development will hold a Fuel Poverty Stakeholder Event on Wednesday 16 November 2011.

Representatives from community, public and private sector organisations, along with officials from eight Government departments and Chairs of the Assembly Committees overseeing the work of those departments will discuss and look for workable solutions to combat fuel poverty.

The event will take place in the Long Gallery at Parliament Buildings and members of the media are welcome to attend.

Event Details:

6.00pm – 7pm: Networking Opportunities - Members Dining Room.

7.00pm – 9pm: Round Table discussions and feedback – Long Gallery.
