Media Operational Notice

The Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for the Environment will hold an important stakeholder event on Thursday 23 June 2011 in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings at 2pm.

The event will be attended by a number of interested stakeholders who have been invited to provide evidence to the Committee on the implementation of the Taxis Act 2008. The event will focus on five main topic areas

• Licencing Operator
• Single Tier System
• Licence Plates
• Disability Access and Equality
• Enforcement

Each topic area will be debated and the Department for the Environment will be invited to respond on all issues at end of session.
