The Sprouts and Seeds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is being made to fix the inoperabilities of retained EU law, namely Regulation (EU) No 208/2013, Regulation (EU) No. 210/ 2013 and Regulation (EU) No 211/2013 to ensure the continued safety of sprouts and seeds intended for sprouting supplied on the UK market.
