This instrument amends the Railways (Safety Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (“the 2006 Regulations”) with the purpose of making a number of technical corrections to deficiencies in the 2006 Regulations that will arise as a result of the United Kingdom (UK) leaving the European Union (EU) and to ensure that they remain fully legally operable after exit.
