This instrument amends the following Regulations with the purpose of correcting deficiencies identified that will arise as a result of the United Kingdom leaving the EU, and to ensure that they remain fully legally operable after exit:
The Railways Infrastructure (Access, Management andLicensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016;
The Train Driving Licences and Certificates Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010; and
The Cross-border Railway Services (Working Time) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008.
