Synopsis: This Briefing Paper aims to help inform the Committee for Finance’s consideration of Financial Transactions Capital (FTC) - in particular: government use of FTC in Northern Ireland, when compared to that in Great Britain; challenges associated with such use; and, any identified best practice in the area.
