Age Discrimination (Goods, Facilities and Services) Bill

The purpose of this Bill is to make provision for the prohibition of unjustified discrimination, harassment and victimisation on the ground of age in connection with the provision of goods, facilities, and services.

The Age Discrimination (Goods, Facilities and Services) Bill was introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly by Claire Sugden MLA on 30 June 2026. The Bill completed Second Stage on 20 October 2026 and was referred to the Committee for the Executive Office for consideration.
