It summarises the core pieces of legislation that provide protections and rights to disabled people, as well as the duties placed on public authorities and bodies to enforce those protections.
Homelessness: a comparison of legislative frameworks in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales

This research paper was requested by the Committee for Communities and explores the legislative frameworks for homelessness in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. It provides an overview of the independent reviews of homelessness legislation in the other jurisdictions and the outworking of those reviews.
