Assembly and Executive Review Committee

Synopsis: Established under the Northern Ireland Act 1998 the Assembly & Executive Review Committee's role is to review matters relating to the functioning of the Assembly and the Executive. In particular, the Committee is required to review and report on the operation of Parts III and IV of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. Part III deals with Executive Authorities and Part IV deals with a range of areas including Assembly Elections and Assembly Proceedings etc. Here you will find further information on the work of the Committee during the 2017 - 2022 Mandate.
