Committee for Education Meeting - 30 April 2014
The Committee for Education met at 10.00am on Wednesday 30 April in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings.
The Committee were briefed by the Department of Education and representatives from the Education and Library Boards on the provision of services for school children with visual impairments.
The Committee also received a briefing from Mr Michael Gilsenan on the School Vision project.
In closed session, the Committee also considered a draft report on its inquiry into the Education and Training Inspectorate and the School Improvement Process.
