Committee for Education Meeting - 11 June 2014
The Committee for Education met at 9.30am on Wednesday 11 June in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings.
The Committee received legal advice in closed session in respect of the recent judgment relating to Drumragh Integrated College.
The Committee were then briefed by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) on the safeguarding of children in schools and in the curriculum.
The Committee were also briefed by the Department of Education on the way forward for Computer-Based Assessment.
