1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.
2. MATTERS ARISING
There were no matters arising.
- FUTURE PLENARY MEETINGS
There was a discussion on the operation of the d'Hondt procedure. A number of issues were raised.
Agreed That Members would be advised via Forthcoming Business on 23 March that a plenary meeting could be called at short notice.
- NO DAY NAMED MOTIONS
The matter was not discussed.
- ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Standing Orders: Mr McGrady asked when the Standing Orders would be published. The Initial Presiding Officer said that he understood that they had not yet been finalised by the Committee on Standing Orders.
- DATE, TIME AND VENUE OF NEXT MEETING
The Initial Presiding Officer said that it might be necessary to call a meeting of CAPO either before or during the next plenary meeting.
