Customer Feedback on Catering Facilities

As part of the contract management process the service provider contracted by the Northern Ireland Assembly provides a monthly Management Report which indicates the number of comments (compliments or complaints) received. This is a high level management report and does not detail whether a complaint or compliment has been made by a MLA or another customer.  This level of detail is therefore not held by the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission.  The information held is listed within the table at Appendix A below.

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission also collect feedback from its customers on the services provided.  This information is collected via internal online feedback facilities and suggestion boxes.  No complaint has been received by MLAs using either the online feedback facility or the suggestion boxes during the period requested.
