“I would be grateful if I could get the technical specifications for the waterproofing and Insulation parts of this contract to repair/reroof the parliament building’s roof.”
Please see below the technical specifications for (1) the waterproofing and (2) the insulation:
1. Waterproofing technical specification
- Warm deck roof coating (manufacturer Kemper Systems)
- Proposed warm roof overlay using Stratex 7 & Kemperol 2k-PUR Waterproofing System.
- Vapour Control layer: Kempershield Type 1 Vapour Barrier
- Waterproof coating: Kemperol 2K-PUR/200
2. Insulation Technical Specification
- Kempertherm T: Tapered CFC & HCFC free rigid polyisocyanurate board with multi layer Kraft and metal on both sides.
- Attachment: Kemperfix adhesive Type 1
- Accessories: All board joints and perimeter edges should be treated with 75mm width self-adhesive
- Kempertherm Aluminium joint tape
