European Directive 2005/36/EC

European Directive 2005/36/EC was translated for the profession of architecture in Northern Ireland.

This is what was quoted in a consultation document dated August 2007:

"Under the devolution settlement with Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland administration has policy responsibility for regulation of the architectural profession. Therefore the administration is responsible for transposing the Directive into its own domestic legislation in relation to architects. The regulations can be made in relation to the whole of the United Kingdom if the Northern Ireland administration consents. We will be seeking the views of the Northern Ireland administration on how they wish to proceed”

Has any transposition of European Directive 2005/36/EC, specifically for the profession of architecture, has taken place since 2007?

I can advise you this is still at the green paper stage and has not progressed any further.
