The Northern Ireland Assembly avails of the services of a framework contract to carryout Planned Preventative Maintenance, additional reactive maintenance and for call outs, when necessary. Included in this contract is the provision of a pest control company. Costs have been provided below for both the planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
