1. WELCOME

The Chair welcomed Members of the CPA NI Executive Branch to the meeting.

2. APOLOGIES

No apologies were received.

3. IAN CROZIER, ULSTER SCOTS AGENCY

The Chair welcomed Mr Crozier to the meeting and updated him on the progress on the BIMR Conference. The chair asked Mr Crozier if he would be able to assist with gifts for the delegate welcome pack and organising entertainment for the receptions/dinners.

Mr Crozier stated that he would be happy to assist with both. The Chair asked that Mr Crozier meet with the Engagement Team to discuss further.

ACTION: Meeting to be arranged between Mr Crozier and the Engagement Team.

4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The minutes were agreed.

5. MARKETING STRATEGY

The Deputy Secretary advised Members that the logo has been updated on the CPA website page and that a CPA pop-up stand has been mocked up and is awaiting approval. She also advised that the video of the Commonwealth Day event has been uploaded to the website and Twitter.

ACTION: Pop-up mock up to be sent to Members.

6. PARTNER COUNTRIES

The Chair advised that an agenda for the initial meeting with CPA Gibraltar has been drafted. Members then approved the agenda.

ACTIONS: Meeting with CPA Gibraltar to be arranged.

7. BIMR CONFERENCE

The Chair advised that a meeting of the conference working group would follow directly after the meeting.

8. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

The Chair advised that a copy of the letter sent to congratulate the winner of the Commonwealth Games mascot competition was in the meeting pack for Members information.
