Speaker to launch Colin Davidson’s ‘Silent Testimony’ exhibition at Parliament Buildings

The Assembly Speaker, Alex Maskey will host an event in The Long Gallery, Parliament Buildings on Friday 31 March, to launch Colin Davidson’s ‘Silent Testimony’ exhibition. The exhibition is part of the Assembly’s Programme of events to mark 25 Years of the Good Friday/Belfast Agreement and the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Following opening remarks by the Speaker, guests will hear from Kathryn Thompson (Chief Executive of National Museums NI), Ian Jeffers (Commissioner for Victims and Survivors) and portrait artist Colin Davidson.  The Speaker will then invite guests to view the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open to the public from 3 -30 April. Tickets are free and can be booked via www.niassembly.gov.uk/25years
