LCM on the Public Sector Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill
At its meeting on 23 September 2021, the Committee considered correspondence from the Committee for Finance on the proposed LCM in respect of the Westminster Public Sector Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill.
The Committee welcomed the Bill and acknowledged that it provides for the reforms of public sector pensions relating to the so-called McCloud judgement.
The Committee asked that I write to you to advise that the Committee has no particular comments to make on the proposals, however, fully supports the need for the LCM.
