The Committee for Finance and Personnel met at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 10 September 2014. Officials from the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) and Land and Property Services briefed the Committee on a number of rating issues including the Small Business Rates Relief Scheme, the Non-domestic Revaluation, the Rate Rebate Replacement Scheme, Managing the Convergence of District Rates, Decapitlisation Rates and the Review of Rates Liability for the Landlord Sector.
