Planning Bill - Committee Stage

The Planning Bill was formally introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly on 14 January 2013 and received its Second Reading on 22 January 2013. The Committee for the Environment then commenced the Committee Stage of the Bill.

The Committee put out a call for evidence to all interested parties in order to assist it with the scrutiny of the Bill. The closing date for submissions was Friday 15 March 2013.
