5. The One Plan:– Oral Briefing from Ilex

Representatives joined the meeting at 10.56am

Members received an oral briefing from Mel Higgins, Interim CEO, Ilex, Gerard McCleave, Director of Strategy and Regeneration, Ilex and Sharon O'Connor, Derry City Council.

Key issues discussed included the alignment of the One Plan with the Programme for Government and the Economic Strategy, the contribution that university expansion can make to growing the economy and funding for the One Plan
