Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment Meeting - 27 January 2015
The Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment met on Tuesday 27 January 2015 at 10.00am in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings, when the Committee was briefed by Mr Michael Harper of the B9 Energy Group on the County Down Offshore Wind Farm.
The Committee then considered the Insolvency (Amendment) Bill. The Committee also received written briefings from the Consumer Council on the Consumer Outlook Index and Banking Issues & Financial Inclusion.
The Committee also considered the consultation on the proposals for New COMAH Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 to Implement the Seveso III Directive (2012/18/EU) on the Control of Major-Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances.
