Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development Meeting - 29 April 2014
The Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development met at 1.30pm on Tuesday 29 April in Room 30, Parliament Buildings.
The Committee were updated by officials from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) and staff from the NI Assembly Research and Information Service (RaISe) on the Implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in the UK and Ireland.
Officials from DARD also briefed the Committee on the New Fisheries Bill.
The Committee then heard a briefing on the Reservoirs Bill from the Rivers Agency.
