Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development Meeting - 10 February 2015
The Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development met on Tuesday 10 February, 2015 at 1.30pm in Room 30, Parliament Buildings when the Committee considered proposed amendments to the Reservoirs Bill on the number of visits by a supervising engineer to high and medium consequence reservoirs.
The Committee was briefed by representatives of the Ulster Farmers Union on the Pig Industry. The Committee then finalised its Review into the Tackling Rural Poverty and Social Isolation (TRPSI) Framework and agreed a draft motion for debate in the Assembly.
The Committee also considered a written briefing which relates to the Public consultation on Rural Proofing.
