1. Briefing on the Independent Water Review Panel’s Strand Two Report by Northern Ireland Water
William Irwin joined the meeting at 12.48 p.m.
Officials from Northern Ireland Water joined the meeting at 12.50 p.m.
Katharine Bryan, Chief Executive, Chris Mellor, Chairman, Ronan Larkin, George Butler, Mark Ellesmere, Vincenta Leyden, and William Duddy from Northern Ireland Water briefed the Committee on the Independent Water Review Panel’s Strand Two Report.
John McCallister joined the meeting at 12.53 p.m.
Stephen Moutray left the meeting at 1.15 p.m.
Cathal Boylan left the meeting at 1.19 p.m.

Officials from the Consumer Council joined the meeting at 2.39 p.m.
Eleanor Gill, Chief Executive, Suzie Brown, Kathy McAuley and Graham Smith from the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland briefed the Committee on the Independent Water Review Panel’s Strand One Report.
Cathal Boylan left the meeting at 2.50 p.m.
