That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 255 - The Jobseeker's Allowance (Amendment No. 4) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

ii. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 259 - The Social Fund (Winter Fuel Payment and Maternity and Funeral Expenses) (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

iii. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 260 - The Social Security (Bereavement Benefits Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

iv. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 262 - The Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

v. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 263 - The Social Security (Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

vi. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 266 - The Social Security (Payments on Account, Overpayments and Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

vii. Question put and agreed to:

That the Social Development Committee had considered Statutory Rule 2000 No. 268 - The Housing Benefit (General) (Amendment No. 6) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and has no objection to the Rule.

Agreed: As some members would like a fuller explanation of the implications of Statutory Rule 2000 No. 265 - The Housing Benefit (General) (Amendment No. 5) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000, the Clerk will arrange for Departmental Officials to attend a specially convened Committee meeting at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 October.

The next Committee meeting will be at 2.00 pm on Tuesday, 17 October 2000 in Room 152, Parliament Buildings.
