1. Introduction
The Chairman opened the meeting by welcoming the members and thanking them for attending at such short notice.
2. Apologies
Apologies were received from Ms Ramsey, Ms Armitage, Mr Carrick, Mr McClelland, Ms Morrice and Mr O'Connor.
3. Briefing by the Comptroller and Auditor General, Mr John Dowdall, and his team on the Memorandum from the C&AG to the PAC on Additional Information relating to the hearing on 30th May 2002
The C&AG and his team gave the members a brief presentation on the Second Memorandum on NITB issues which was agreed with DETI on 24th May.
Following the presentations, they addressed a number of queries raised by the members.
The Chairman thanked the C&AG and his team for their presentation which had been prepared at short notice following agreement of its contents with the department.
The meeting was then drawn to a close at 3:20pm.
