Research Services to Support the Discovery Phase of the Assembly Commission’s Website Development and Redesign Project

The Assembly Commission is beginning a project to replace its current website. The overall aim of the project is to create a new website that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, user-focused, and fit for purpose in terms of usability and accessibility. As a result, the Assembly Commission is seeking an experienced supplier to assist with the discovery phase that will inform the redesign of its public-facing website(s). This discovery phase of the project will involve identifying key users and their goals, as well as analysing the most requested/needed content and services to inform the redesign.
The supplier will be required to:
- provide an understanding of the audience that visit the Assembly Commission’s website
- collaborate with the Communication Office to identify a website solution to best fit the needs of the Assembly Commission.
