Provision of Support Services provided by the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (BR-012-2022)

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) requires a service provider(s) to deliver support services including catering, cleaning and porterage services for all building users at Parliament Buildings, Stormont, Belfast. The intent of this contract is to provide support services characterised by value for money (VFM), quality, flexibility and innovation whilst creating a close working relationship between the service provider and the Assembly Commission. The service provider is/are required to deliver services in line with statutory requirements.
We will allow tenderers the opportunity to come to Parliament Buildings for a site visit prior to submitting a tender bid. This will be available until 31 October. If you require such a visit, please contact us through the eTendersNI portal with details of suitable dates and names of those who wish to attend as soon as possible and we will arrange this.
