The Assembly Commission intends to establish a contract with one supplier for the provision of sign language interpretation services. The contract shall be for a period of 24 months.
The Assembly Commission is seeking to procure British Sign Language (BSL) and Irish Sign Language (ISL) services from a lead supplier, company or consortium to support the Assembly’s legislative, scrutiny and representational roles. The purpose of this contract is to make provision for translation and interpretation services in order to deliver its duties and provide an effective service to Members and the public using a pool of suitably skilled and experienced interpreters with proven capability in BSL and ISL interpretation.
