The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (NIAC) wishes to secure the services of a Systems Integrator with robust experience in that particular field, to completely replace the current Security Management System (SMS) with a new digital “state-of-the-art” system (henceforth to be referred to as the Parliament Buildings Security System or PBSS), that will fully address the specific needs of the Commission. This will include amongst other things, the provision of a new CCTV system and Visitor Management System (VMS).
A key requirement is that the successful Systems Integrator must demonstrate an understanding of the technical requirements necessary to install the proposed PBSS, together with CCTV and linked equipment within a Grade ‘A’ listed building subject to strict aesthetic and structural conditions
