Refreshment Costs

The total cost of refreshments for the period from April 2013 – March 2014 is attached at Appendix A. 

Please note our financial records system does not differentiate between types of meetings, therefore the costs include refreshments at Committee meetings, as well as Committee events, visits and working lunches with Committee Chairpersons outside of the formal weekly Committee Meetings.
