- Mr Clarke outlined the background to the study.
- Mr Clarke presented the main findings of the study.
- It was agreed that Mr Evans should arrange a suitable date for the Committee to present the report findings to the Assembly Commission.
- Date of the next meeting will be at the call of the Chairman.
